(August 17, 2020, 9:07 pm)I went in two days in a row, the first time was for a rash that they identified as poison ivy and gave me a cream for. I went in again the next day because it had gotten worse and I was in extreme discomfort, they gave me some medication to assist with the itching & discomfort as well as a stronger cream. Both times I was seen quickly and all the staff was very kind and helpful. Following my first visit I received a call in the evening to clarify some information on my chart, while at first I thought this wasn't necessary, it proved beneficial when I returned the next day.
I think that the quickness at which I was seen & treated is in part due to the fewer patients due to COVID. Despite only taking one patient in at a time, I still didn't wait very long, in fact when I went on a Saturday morning, I was the only patient. The staff was great at ensuring guidelines for COVID safety were met, and I was happy to have to wait between patients if that meant that rooms could be cleaned between patients. -
