  West Coast Kids has the best customer service, bar none. I have been shopping at WCK since 2015, and I have been a customer at their Edmonton location, Winnipeg locations and I continue to order online from Quebec! Sunshine, goes above and beyond to help out the customers, she is friendly, generous with her time and incredibly knowledgeable on all the products sold at WCK! I recently had a an issue with a defect on my Uppababy Stroller, so I contacted Sunshine at the Kenaston location, and with no exaggeration Sunshine immediately made a claim to Uppababy on my behalf, and I received the new parts at my doorstep in less than 48 hours! Sunshine, you’re the best and I hope the owners at WCK know what a great asset you are to their team! Please open a location in Montreal!

  My husband and I had a good experience shopping at the Kenaston WCK. One employee in particular stood out to us, Sunshine. She sold us our crib and dresser, as well as our stroller and car seat on another visit, with expertise and care. She worked with us through a delay in the delivery of our crib and dresser with a lot of patience and concern. I realize that a late delivery of furniture by a few weeks isn’t a big deal to most. However, when the arrival of that furniture symbolizes being prepared and nested for your first babe, having to wait longer than the estimated time really starts to bring with it some anxiety and heartbreak. Sunshine didn’t minimize or belittle this, but worked with the manufacturer to communicate to us updates and now we've got the crib all set up and ready in time for babe! She showed a genuine interest in keeping our business and worked to make what could have been a bad situation, right. If you're shopping there, ask for her!

  Westcoastkids Kenaston was great to deal with. We had an unfortunate situation with our crib (manufacturer) - the WCK team was pleasant and understanding throughout the process and extremely accomodating.
  I appreciate everything that Sunshine and her team did for us. We will shop at WCK Kenaston again.

  West Coast Kids is a gem.Their high-quality furniture to their trendy apparel and accessories can't be found anywhere in the city. Definitely my favourite stop for gifts for little ones (and adults!). Their warm and welcoming staff make shopping easy, and I'm so happy to see this Winnipeg business growing.
