(April 12, 2022, 8:42 pm)Every time I’ve gone to this location it’s been great and I will continue going here but I recently and an… unfortunate experience? I have visible acne (which people like to make comments on) but I went in to get a hydrating product (which you typically don’t need for acne). I asked for some advice and while the employee was fairly helpful she kept on trying to suggest stripping/drying products for acne (which was not what I was looking for). She even made a comment about my acne. I told her I wasn’t interested in acne products, yet kept bringing them to me. I ended up telling her I take very serious medication for my acne and that I really really don’t want any of the products she’s suggesting to me. She finally got the hint (after me explaining this rather personal and embarrassing detail) and left me alone. I understand she was trying to be helpful and she did suggest good products but I felt pretty embarrassed by the end of it.
