(December 15, 2018, 4:03 am)It's really nice that they've got a secluded side for the women's area, allows me to work out comfortably and without feeling self-conscious since I'm not very fitness oriented. The front desk staff here is always nice and welcoming!

Plus the girls at the front always make you feel welcomed and accountable for your workouts. The cleaning lady has a great laugh, and a great spirit. I always recommend Shapes to friends
