(August 16, 2016, 3:45 am)I highly recommend "Ultimate Muay Thai" if you are new and wanna get in shape quick or want to learn Muay Thai and compete in competitions. It real nice place for people with any age and experience (even if don't have don't have any). People here are really awesome, nice and very friendly. Brian Kelly is one of the best trainers and he keeps you motivated and energized through the entire class. This place is one of best place to learn Muay Thai.

- gone down in weight from 210lbs to 175lbs with no change in diet
- drastically increased my energy levels
- toned my muscles and developed abs I thought I'd never see again since high school
- cancelled my conventional gym membership
- increased my motivation and focus in life
I can honestly I've never been in better shape! The environment and the people make it so easy to stay motivated and consistent. I highly recommend everyone to try it out!
