  I would have to say one of the best experiences possible to receive when buying a new bike. Their services are phenomenal and the staff are basically like a friend. Would personally recommend place to anyone who wants a start to finish, smooth and amazing experience when buying a bike. ***** Stars

  I had look pivot 14s mounted there, work was done promptly, staff were friendly and excellent communication; however, forward pressure was set far too high on both. This will almost certainly be restricted to the pivots as the forward pressure for them are very finicky to adjust and the indicator is a terrible design. It was a quick fix at the hill, but I'll be sure to double check their work next time =S

  Fast, friendly, and professional! Whether I am there for service or to purchase I am always provided with excellent advice and quality products..Bike repairs are carried out and bike is ready for pickup on or before when promised. I was called during the repair process when items outside the scope of authorized work were found to discuss the further maintenance. No surprises on my bill - ever.

  Went in to look for toe clips (this past summer) for my bicycle as I did not like the ones I had. After a great conversation with the sales person, they informed me that clipless pedals were the way to go. I was under the impression they were quite pricey, as you would need to buy specific shoes. Well it turns out it wasn't nearly as expensive as I had assumed and I rode out of the store with new shoes and new pedals.
  
  Of course they trained me first on how to use the pedals, clipping in and out. And of course I fell on my face in the store when I wasn't able to clip out fast enough!

  The staff at Alter Ego are very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about their products. I have repeatedly taken my bike over the years to them and they have repaired many things that I never would have noticed or wasn’t paying attention to. They are very supportive of the triathlon community and are always trying to help you out as much as they can. I highly recommend them!
