  I've shopped at Woodcock Cycle for the last 25 years, always amazing service from the staff at this shop. I enjoy coming back to Woodcock for bikes, clothing and accessories because it's always a great experience at this bike shop. Love the new Coffee Shop, nice touch Tim & you sure have a nice team working for. They always make me feel like family.

  The absolute best service you could ask for from anyone. Amazing staff, Great products and great times. stop by if you have the chance, there is probably something you need for your bike. :D

  As usual, my service at Woodcock Cycle Works was outstanding. I have been dealing with this shop for over 20 years now and have been extremely pleased every time I go there. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Even on days when I am going in for minor service like yesterday they strive to make it a positive experience. My family and extended family has bought numerous bikes from Woodcock's and I'm sure my kids will follow the tradition. Tim the owner is a great guy as well, he always makes time to have a conversation and ask about the family.

  Had warranty issue, problem solved. World Class professionalism from staff and owner. Shopping there for 10 years, will continue. Excellent product selection, 100% satisfied with all purchases over the years, EASY 5 STARS. Thanks for solving the warranty issue....
