Dawn was very honest and upfront on questions and information that we had, and were supportive throughout the entire purchase, and went above and beyond what you would expect from your Realtor. We looked at so many houses and changed our mind on what we were looking for many times . . . and were given nothing but Dawn's understanding, patience and dedication to finding us the perfect place. Setter and Associates are an incredibly organized team that kept us in the loop before our purchase, throughout the purchase process, and made everything super easy for completion and move-in. Believe me he had his work cut out for him cause we’re a little fussy as we really loved our home in Alberta. Lawrence was patient and determined that we’d find the the perfect one and we finally did. Since then we have have been in touch with Dawn & Lawrence on a regular basis, whether that be attending one of their awesome annual events, regular emails or even borrowing garage sale signs from them, like we did a couple of weekends ago. We have and will continue to recommend them to anyone that is looking for a realtor because they are awesome!!
