Under unusual and difficult circumstances, she remained level headed and found solutions that made our lives much easier during the selling process. She has fantastic contacts in Parksville and went beyond what we expected by coordinating cleaners and locksmiths for us since we were out of town during the sale. I would recommend Alana to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.

(July 28, 2020, 10:45 pm)My wife and I took a great deal of effort, care and thought before deciding to let go of our cherished & beautiful home in Qualicum to make a move to the Sidney area of Vancouver Island. It is always hard to let go of what you have and a familiar neighborhood. We put the same effort, care and thought into choosing our Realtor once we decided to move. We decided on Pemberton Holmes Real Estate and Alana Jackson. Both our move and our choice of Realtors was spot on for us. Alana really assured us that our home had a higher value than other Realtors we researched. This wasn’t just a gimmick to secure our business. She aggressively marketed our home, kept us up to speed at all times and was successful at getting our home “SOLD” at a price extremely close to her appraisal. Alana was very professional but also very thoughtful to our needs as well. The real miracle in all this was that Alana accomplished this just as Covid-19 hit the Real Estate Market in Mid March when everything just seemed to go dead. A real credit to her marketing skills which included getting our house sale well beyond the local Vancouver Island area and out to those prospective buyers in other areas.
