(April 21, 2021, 1:40 am)From making the phone call that no pet owner ever wants to make until my little guy crossed the Rainbow Bridge, the staff at Central Island Veterinary Emergency Hospital went above and beyond for me and my dog. Words can't express the gratitude I have for everyone there that supported him during his final moments. I drove home feeling at peace knowing that he transitioned to heaven in the most comfortable way possible. The team felt like family, remembering the small details about him and checking in the following day. I can't thank the team enough at Central Island, and highly recommend them during those difficult moments with our furry friends.

Our sweet Leia passed away last week and we can't thank you for enough for everything you did for her and how kind and caring you all are. All the staff were amazing and we appreciate all the hard work you do for the animals.

(March 17, 2021, 8:58 pm)Sadly, we had to let our dog, Buddy, go. He was almost 15 and deteriorating quickly through the night. We brought him in at 5 am and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, over the phone and in person. The vet, who helped Buddy over the rainbow bridge was very kind, caring and understanding. We definitely felt like our boy was in very good hands and I really appreciated, that even with covid, I was able to come in and hold him, while he went to sleep in my arms. They helped make a difficult time less painful.

(February 23, 2021, 1:51 am)Helped my sick cat who was not eating for a few days, puking and had bad diarrhea. The staff was very informative, helpful and compassionate with the circumstances and informed me of all possibilities and important needs for the well-being of my cat. All medications given were precise and correct. Staff looked at every possibility with the correct procedures due to the symptoms and blood results and came to an educated, well-presented diagnosis. Awesome aftercare instructions and suggestions to set my cat up for success. No one wants to see their fur baby in pain or just not themselves. I would hands down recommend CIVEH no matter the circumstances! Thank you to the lovely staff and Dr.Field for tending to my Kitty. I'm pleased to say as soon as he got home he went straight to eating and drinking water again and back to being his bubbly fun and loving self!!
