(April 18, 2018, 3:17 am)One of the best gyms in the area. The only problem is that too many people know! Friendly staff that will remember your name. Well kept equipment. Clean interiors. Without a doubt, it's one of their best locations.

(June 20, 2017, 5:26 pm)Super friendly staff, clean space, and the towel service is a bonus! Motivational group classes almost everyday of the week. If your PT needs to reschedule your session they will give you a heads up a few hours before. It is a small gym, and it can get busy sometimes. The machines are cared for (I spotted a loose screw once, and the staff fixed it right away), and you can get a body mass index for free to start your journey!
