I started these classes one year ago. I gave birth to twins a few yrs ago, work full time and was finding it hard to get back into an exercise routine. These classes turned out to be so good for my mental and physical well being. Sarah is a highly skilled and fun coach. This is a group class but everyone benefits whether they are in top notch shape or just getting back into some exercise. Can highly recommend to others.
Delo Fitness is awesome! Sarah's workout is never boring & you have fun. If you want variety Delo Fitness is it. Sarah not only teaches you kickboxing moves & techniques, she also has circuit classes. You get a full body workout. If you want a good sweat, feel good & look good, give Delo Fitness a try & you'll be hooked. I am!
Honestly, physical activity apart from cycling has never been my thing. I tried Sarah's Cardio Kickboxing class and was instantly hooked. I'm the kind of person who gets a gym membership and never goes. Sarah's class has had me motivated and attending 3X every week for the last 3 months. Worth every penny. She is kind, motivating, and makes sure to pay close attention to your natural abilities and praise you for it. So Welcoming!!!! Join in!
I love working out with Sarah, it's a really positive and encouraging atmosphere with an incredibly supportive group that attends class, it's nice to workout in a place with people of all fitness levels and no judgement. Her cardio kickboxing class is a great workout, you really feel like you've accomplished something, you feel stronger and leaner. It's never boring, everyday is a different challenge. I would highly recommend checking it out.
