I've been doing CrossFit for almost a year now and I sometimes tweak my back or do a movement wrong and that brings a world of pain, but... That's where my favourite Acupuncturist Kaylee Dodds comes in to the rescue, making me better in time for the next days workout:) You must give her a try as she truly has learned how to use acupuncture for sports injury and management. My husband also uses Kaylee and is super satisfied with the treatments, so don't take my word, give her a try!

(June 11, 2022, 5:35 am)I’ve been doing CrossFit in Surrey for 6 years and I get the usual pulled muscles, tightness etc. Before seeing Kaylee I was going to physio and rmt almost weekly. Kaylee is the best sports acupuncturist. She is able to fix issues in a single session that would take weeks at other places. Kaylee is the only one I see now. She’s fantastic!

She brings a very valuable skill-set that is helping to alleviate pain in my body and in particular my shoulder. She is trauma-informed, very wise, an extraordinarily good listener, and is facilitating processing of emotions that are held in my body and causing chronic pain. The combination of emotional processing with this body-work is very powerful.
Having suffered with this shoulder pain for many years, I have seen other excellent acupuncturists, and find that Kaylee's approach is different, complementary and very effective. I look forward to experiencing further pain-relief with Kaylee!
