The programming is stellar, totally on point and I'm literally turning in to exactly what we had goaled a few months ago when we got started. The direction and coaching is great and the little tweaks here and there make a huge difference in my performance. Love training with Adam

(March 28, 2017, 5:13 am)I have been a member of Surrey Crossfit since November, 2016, and I have been nothing but extremely pleased with my experience.
The coaches are all very well trained, and also very encouraging. At no time do they let me doubt myself, and if I'm having trouble with a particular exercise, they will adapt it to my abilities, while still challenging me.
The strong community feeling amongst the athletes that attend the gym is terrific. There is no feeling of, "I'm better than you, you don't belong here." It is a very welcoming atmosphere, and everyone is very supportive of one another, often celebrating other's accomplishments, no matter how big or small.
In the four months that I have been a member, I have gained so much upper body strength, and confidence, as well as losing weight. Overall, I feel great! I know that I will continue to have many successes, and am so pleased to know that I will be sharing them with the wonderful people at Surrey Crossfit!
