(August 14, 2020, 6:15 am)I had an amazing experience with Nova Active Rehab, especially with my kinesiologist Thomas Ward! Although all of my sessions were done virtually due to Covid, he did such an amazing job of assessing and treating my back injury. He was very knowledgeable, and explained in detail every step of the way of each exercise, and what the positive outcome they would have. Not only did he help strengthen my back and shoulders from my car accident, he's helped me a lot with having proper posture which is allowing me to sit comfortably at my 9 to 5 office job! I will most definitely go back to Nova for more sessions in the future should I need them (knock on wood)!

Their services are 100% covered with no out of pocket expense, which is a relief when you are already dealing with so much after an injury. They have first rate facilities and equipment, and really care about the health and well being of their clients. I highly recommend Marie and the rest of the staff at Nova.
