This place is great. I know very little about cars and I feel confident that the people here are making the best recommendations for me. I trust the people helping me, the prices are fair, and the work is good.

I have used them a few times now and I have always had the best customer service and honest interactions about my car. Also just recently I was in an accident and I called Falcon to see if I could bring my car there. However once i spoke with him on the phone he Heard what happened he realized I couldn’t bring my car there cause ICBC had to take it. Point is he took the time for about 15 minutes on the phone and explained to me clearly what I had to do. Even though he wasn’t going to be getting any business from me. Like I said excellent honest service and I always recommend them.

Very honest auto shop! Brought an old car in for an our of province inspection - there were a lot of repairs needed but they only charged for the big jobs. They threw in the alignment for free to keep the cost down. They even got rid of a large scratch on the back door for free! Outstanding!

The owner is extremely nice and honest. Always goes out of his way to find the best option regarding a fix that is also cost friendly. He also always advices when a fix could get done at the Ford dealership under warranty instead. Super friendly and they have two cute dogs chilling in the waiting area!
