I would have given them 5 stars but they don’t clean your car for you after servicing like many shops do. It is nice to pick up your car after having it serviced and discovering it has been washed, vacuumed, and the interior wiped down. I am not talking about a detail more a quick wash and wipe down. I suspect the Managmnt doesn’t realize how much this little “extra” is appreciated. -

(April 30, 2021, 11:45 pm)Often times when dealing with a car dealership, you get the feeling that they’re trying to give you the run-around. This is not the case with Eagle Ridge GM. Every associate we dealt with was super welcoming, helpful and informative. Our sales person Josh went above and beyond our needs and proved time and time again over the course of nearly a week that he had our best interests in mind. This is now the second vehicle I have bought from Eagle Ridge GM and I can safely say that they have a customer for life.
I will be telling everyone I know to buy their next vehicle from Josh and the team at Eagle Ridge GM. -

I've been searching for a Tacoma for nearly 3 years, trying to find the perfect one. I came across an add on Craigslist for a 2011 Tacoma that looked too good to be true. Sure enough, Josh was honest about everything I had questions about, and from the moment I met him I felt at ease and trusted his opinion and help. I feel like I got a great deal and the entire staff who helped me from start to finish made every effort to please me. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to give Eagle ridge GM a try!
