She's is so friendly, supportive and kind. She is my teammate in weight loss. I was super successful my first go around and now after my first baby, I'm back working with her. I know under her guidance I will be successful again. Highly recommend her and her team. You will not regret chosing them but most importantly yourself.

(March 20, 2022, 9:40 pm)I am so proud of these Ladies/Coaches for opening another space to help and support people on their journeys! I want to say that Naz and Neda as well have been a gift to me. Finding them and Ideal Protein has helped change me and my life. I have had huge success and also a huge change in my thoughts and approach to life and food. Naz is energetic, motivating, inspiring, positive and has been my biggest cheerleader and supporter throughout my weight loss journey but especially when I have really needed it. This program absolutely works. I love it and believe in it 100%. I am living proof of it and you can be as well.

After trying every diet possible and living as a obese person for most of my life I couldn’t believe how simple and cost friendly the Ideal Protein Protocol was.
Throughout my weight loss journey Neda was with me every step of the way without ever judging me.
Her constant support kept me motivated to keep going and to finally reach my goals.
