I love the invitations to do what feels best for my body and the instructors have been knowledgable, educating and have provided depth to the practice with their openings, breathing exercises and meditation guidance. I love how they say hello to the virtual participants as well.

(April 23, 2022, 11:38 pm)I just started at this place... wanted to get reconnected to doing things around people as COVID hopefully comes to an end, and they are close to home. Leaving the building after my first session, I kind of felt like a was living in a new community. Very friendly and welcoming without being overbearing at all. The three instructors I've experienced so far have all had different, interesting personalities and total commitment to what they are doing and how they are doing it... all with a spirit of gratitude and a positive, communal focus. And the classes provide plenty of opportunity for me to stretch myself to the level I'd like... both figuratively and literally... body, mind and spirit.
