They also text me reminders for any policies I have that are about to expire which is incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them.

(March 30, 2022, 8:29 pm)I am a huge fan of how they went about reminding me well in advance that my insurance is about to expire and the simple process they setup to arrange a call. Having your papers and decal delivered to your home is a huge bonus too! (((Arsh))) was the person that assisted me and did a great job of answering my questions and updating my insurance.

(March 24, 2022, 10:11 pm)I have always appreciated the efficiency of Allwest, from phone call reminders every year to door to door delivery. But today while helping an elderly non technological person switch over from another broker who doesn't offer online renewals or delivery - and which could only offer this lady an appointment a week after her insurance expired - Aditi was super helpful in arranging it same day. Despite the fact VISA had a Canada wide outage with their processing today, this representative kept in touch until VISA corrected the issue, and we are expecting the documents to arrive any time now. Great job.
