They are working very quick and gentle feel comfortable to go there
People are very helpful and with smiling face always.
I don't do this review thing very often, let's say extremely RARE..but yesterday on February 16, 2016 there was the exception.
Two of the sweetest, gentlest,caring,soft, big Hearted girls...Courtenay and Christina assisted my frail and weak 91 year old Mother with the necessary work dictated by the paperwork sent by my Moms DR. Scott.
Christina was so gentle and aware with my Moms nervous energy and made her calm and comfortable for the blood work attending to her specific requests.
Courtenay performed the rest of the necessary items as she juggled the care and attention to a deaf, old, frail woman and closing down the Clinic and readying the days' offerings to the PU / Delivery man on time while making sure my Mom was comfortable the whole time.
As you can see from the above it is good reason to shout out a big thanks to those two young Ladies.
But the Kicker is.....we walked in at 4:55 and they close at 5:00.
And I drove over 300 km to take her to the Dr Office and then find out with basically no time to spare that she needed this work done and we rushed to the nearest LifeLabs Clinic.Next time it will be by CHOICE to come to where they treat you like Family and not just someone off the street.
You figure it out....did they go above and beyond ?????
