  Met with Liam McCormick and he was fantastic. As he did the initial assessment he asked me questions and talked to me about why my body was (or wasn't) moving in the way I was trying to move. It was a great learning, but also felt invigorating afterwards - I worked out and I didn't even realize it. I was impressed by the non-pretentiousness of the place - it was really chill.

  Tyler(?) was fantastic for consultation, their nutrition and progressive loading in diff body focused personal training sessions were very well explained. I tried out the complimentary session with Cole McCara, that was a really good experience for me, very fundamental but solid workout! Also really fun guy to talk to! This guy is worth every penny

  Best workouts around. Trainers for all abilities from first timers to pro-athletes and ex pro-athletes! Its like hiking Grouse. Its never easy. You just get fitter.

  I've been going here for a few years now, and have used a variety of trainers. They are very knowledgable and professional and they have a great facility. If their prices were more reasonable I'd give them 5 stars.

  Training at Innovative Fitness West Vancouver is my gift to myself. Even when I tore my ALC, I didn't miss a day. My coaches worked with my physiotherapist to help me get full mobility and strength back. I like how each coach has their own style of training but still tailors my workout to meet my personal goals. The location is perfect for getting all my errands finished too!
