(March 4, 2019, 10:41 pm)Starts steep and hugs the HW for the first part of it. Over all short and sweet hike. Took us about 40 minutes to the lake which was frozen. Less time coming back.

(March 3, 2019, 9:08 pm)We snow shoes along the Baden Powell trail and went up to the Bowen Island lookout. We had a sunny and clear day. At the lookout, there were Camp Robbers and Stellers Jay's that came and ate nuts off our outstretched hands. The view over the bay was magnificent. This is one of the top snow shoe routes near Vancouver.
