(May 16, 2019, 7:44 pm)This shop has, objectively, the best e-bikes for rent in the city without having to go to a specialist shop-rental place. This is especially considering that the rates are on the low end compared to other e-bike rentals, which has e-bikes with less powerful motors, shorter range, or no throttles.
We rented the e-Prodigy Magic (MSRP $2500, 750 watt motor) at $35 for 3 hours, and we went to Richmond and back with no issue (except for a faulty battery indicator, but we were back with juice still left on the battery). That is value that can't be beat.
In addition, the guys at the store are attentive and abundant with patience. This is my go-to place for e-bike rentals now. -

(March 22, 2019, 1:29 am)Very good ski and bike rental experience with very care-taking and helpful staff. The gear was like new and the staff was open to advice on improvements. The following day we got offered a free hour for an e-bike rental which just confirmed our positive experience from the previous day. Would definitely recommend it!

Tony was really helpful in answering any questions I had via email prior to my rental, and he also was very patient with me in trying on boots when I had arrived to pick up the equipment. The skis were great for beginners and Tony was flexible with my return time. They also rent snowshoes with the Boa system so I will give that a try next.
