He makes sure that he understands what your fitness goals are then he provides customized workout program and checks your progress regularly. I was able to lose 15 pounds and improve the composition of my body. He is friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

He has a passion for helping people be their best self, is very knowledgeable about fitness, rehab and meal plans, and he is very reliable. In the 29 years before I met Tee I hated fitness, since meeting him I appreciate what a blessing a strong and healthy body is. Thanks Tee!

(June 10, 2018, 5:05 pm)Couldn't be happier with the help and training i have received for the past 6 weeks. Was able to lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks thanks to help of Tee. He gives great advice on diet plans and how one should train on a daily basis. If it wasn't for Tee Live Fitness i wouldn't have been able to reach the stage i am at right now. Highly Recommend!!
