Angie has a unique way of keeping everyone engaged and pushing themselves to reach their fitness goals. Whether you are new or a veteran to kickboxing fitness, Angie makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Every class is different, personally I always look forward to each class to see what new workout Angie has in store for the class.
Unfortunately there are only 5 stars, I would have given a 10.

I have been going to this fitness studio for about 6 months now. I find the area kept very clean and hygienic. I feel that the group that participates here is a nice crowd. I also like the classes that have been taught.they have been fun and a good work out. Even for a beginner like me.

At Forca Fitness it's all about personal touch and feeling like I'm part of a group of results oriented people. Good for the beginners and the ones who are more serious. The hour goes by very quickly and you don't constantly watch the clock until it's over. Kickboxing is a fun, engaging workout. Unlike going to the gym, you actually want to be there! A great place to get your butt kicked while having a good time.
Forca Fitness goes the extra mile to ensure you're happy.

Coach Angie has a wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry.

She is a great role model. I have witnessed her building rapport with each child in the program. Children gravitate towards her, and as a parent this is a great feeling.

My son in particular enjoys having coach Angie's encouraging and supportive stance throughout practice and tournaments. Thank you!

The programs here are great! The kids classes are well structured and Coach Angie is a great role model for the kids! She does a great job of connecting with each child as part of her approach to helping the kids succeed.

I've seen her fitness classes and they are AWESOME. They're so varied, which means it never gets boring. And they get results. Serious results. A lot of clients have told me they've lost 20 to 50lbs after a few months with Coach Angie!

Great facility. Clean. Great customer service and a convenient schedule.
