  Exactly what I expected. Very close to the airport and River Rock Casino and resort. Room was very clean and appointed. Staff was super friendly. It is an airport hotel so there is not a lot near but was exactly what I needed. Great value and would stay again for sure.

  Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Little fridge, Keurig and coffee pods in the rooms. Microwave as well. The bathroom was large and updated. Beds were comfortable and sheets were new feeling and really soft. Easy to use temperature controls in room. Water pressure in the shower was lacking and I wasn't a fan of the sents of the soaps. It was also super loud outside with the garbage trucks and the delivery trucks coming around 6am each morning. They do provide a white noise machine in the room but it wasn't enough to drown out the early morning noises. They do offer free underground parking; however if you drive a truck, it can be tricky navigating the parking structure (just imagine the 24 point turn that Austin Powers did ????). A breakfast is offered as well. Pretty good selection if you don't have food restrictions (the cinnamon buns were over cooked and crunchy the two days we were there). The staff were really friendly, helpful, and professional.

  Can you like a hotel room near an airport? Well if it's nicely laid out. Has accent lightening around the bathroom mirror, above the bed, and above the closet. Has a nice lounge/chair. Offers a white noise generator. Has undercover parking.Then, I think maybe you can.

  Can’t go wrong with this place. Quite close to airport, nice staff, quiet clean rooms with good window shades for sleeping.
  I also like the fact they have free coffee all day in lobby and the items they sell are not over-priced like other hotels.

  Very nice hotel. The staff that checked us in were very friendly. The rooms are not huge but they were very clean and the beds comfortable. Pretty good views from the higher floor rooms. The bathroom was very clean as well and everything in good shape. You can get free underground secure parking if you're a rewards member. There's a Costco right across the street. The breakfast was decent. The elevators were fast and in good working order.

We, a group of 4, took a trip to visit Vancouver and chose holiday inn express Vancouver Airport Richmond. We checked in with Ian at the front desk and he set us up with a great room with double queen beds on the top floor. If you have an IHG account they waive the parking fee and we also got free breakfast from 6am to 10am.
