  Recently stayed for a night before flying out of YVR. Had car troubles on the way and when we arrived they were very helpful. Helped make a stressful situation easier. All three front desk staff we dealt with were great, even emailed me while I was on holiday. Rooms were clean an yvr shuttle service prompt.

  My wife and I were on our way to Maui when halfway into our flight our cabin air pressure dropped and we were forced back to Vancouver. WestJet was kind enough to put us up in Abercorn Inn for the night. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very patient. Our room was clean spacious and very comfortable.

  Nice hotel for the price, front desk for the most part was nice and helpful, Jocelyn was very nice and patient with our questions. Housekeeping was helpful and sweet. The lady was very accommodating.
  Breakfast was the same everyday, should vary food a little.
  Our heater in the room broke on the third day of staying at the hotel. Wasn't fixed???? It was freezing!
  Management didn't try to fix it.????
  Doris was super sweet. Very friendly and was accommodating at morning breakfast, we loved her.
  Overall, it was a fair stay.

  Staff was nice, helpful, and super friendly. Room was big enough for two of us, however, the hallway was very dim and the whole building is kinda old… The pillows were old as well, but the housekeeper always did a good job on cleaning and tidy up the room every day. The location is great though, lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
