  Nice spot in Richmond to stop by during a bike ride. Lots of options for pastries and hot drinks
  Staff are so friendly and always helpful with refilling water bottles. Great bakery!

  I love this bakery! The cakes and pastries are incredible! I find it hard to stop at one selection. The service is amazing. The coffee is great. And the entire place is spotless!! Highly recommend!

  Go here and prepare to leave with more than you anticipated.
  
  The Diplomat is in a fast growing area which is what brought me into the area. Driving by you can see well lit cases of every treat you have ever wanted. That prompted a pull over and pop in.
  
  The lady behind the counter was prompt and very kind when giving some information about the business.
  
  I went in thinking 1 item would do but very quickly you realize that 2 is kind of the min when you see how good it looks. My choices were the ham and cheese croissant, and a choc chip muffin. Upon my first bite of the croissant I said out loud "this is the best darn thing I have ever tasted". So curiosity got the cat and I had to try the muffin, and I am pleased to report that the same WOW was had with that.
  
  Make the trip here and try some of the goodies. We will be coming back soon.

  One of the best bakery I have been in the area. Awesome staff and excellent customer service! Best tasting pastries I have ever eaten...it's being made fresh everyday! A definite recommend for everyone.
