Poco Marine is an A+ business. I ordered a large Pelican cooler and was contacted by a very professional crew member to confirm all shipping details and received my order shortly after. Poco Marine had by far the best price and very fast shipping (which was free by the way on a very large item), considering I am located in the Chicago area, I was extremely impressed. They even went out of their way to accommodate a change of shipping address in the last second and I was able to pick up the item at a nearby location (since I was not able to be present at my home at the time the shipment was originally scheduled). Overall, this was one of the most positive experiences I've had with any company, a truly great customer service! These guys will do everything they can to make it a great experience if you shop with them. I will definitely be doing more business with Poco Marine in the future!
