Awesome service. I had my car towed to this body shop after it was in a accident. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt. I was very impressed and definitely recommend this body shop if they are looking for professional service. Thumbs up to this three staff especially, Randall, Mariana and Laura.

The most amazing service and hospitality. Franco is Such a helpful individual. I would definitely not go to any other body shop. They make it totally hassle free.

The quality of work that this guys do is just amazing. I probably be moving to Vancouver, but I’ll still come back to this place when I need car repair job. The quality of service you guys provide (help desk) and Brandon the manager is what other industry should follow. I am glad that every time I come to your shop you guys make sure I am happy and satisfied with your work. Having to deal with vehicle damage is not a good experience. However, the folks at OpenRoad Richmond Autobody in Langley made it a pleasant one. The staff that I interacted with were fantastic and courteous. They definitely made what was a negative experience with my car being damaged to a positive one. I highly recommend them. I would definitely be back if I ever need any repair to my vehicle (although I do hope I don’t have any more damages that need repair of course).

Overall pretty good... car was to have a final blending polish done to it but it is highly doubtful it was done. I polished it myself after i got it back and it looks 200% better. Front passenger fender which was damaged is not as tight as the driver side - something must be loose. Would have thought for $14,000+ claim they would have touched up the rocker panels and the front passenger rim which had a scratch on it. All the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I took my vehicle in to the Langley location and was treated very professional manner from the beginning. Very convenient, in-house rental car. Not only did they fix what was wrong but they also touched up a couple of paint chips, scratches and detailed the entire vehicle in and out better than most professional detail shops! Great job!
