Wow I am impressed. Heather made my wife and I feel so confident that the truck was left in good hands.
We had ICBC insurance as well as 3rd party OEM insurance and Heather did all the paperwork. I didn’t need to lift a finger. Again one less thing for me to worry about.
Great experience from beginning to end. No corners cut, they just did it right.
I honestly think my F150 looks better than the day it got driven off the lot.

(December 10, 2017, 12:10 am)From the first phone call to Dam's Collision after having an accident with major damage, the experience was positive. I was immediately asked how I was doing and there was an acknowledgement of accidents being traumatic. They were extremely helpful with all the details of what was happening and what I could expect. They kept me updated and throughout the calls and interactions were always respectful and helpful. My car looks great and runs great. Heather gets a special mention as she was wonderful to us. I highly recommend this collision shop. It was made a less traumatic event by there kindness.
