Prices from Bear Woods are actually better and products are available that are manufactured domestically. Customer support was quick to help fix a minor hiccup and make it all right in the end. Switched from another well known clock supply mail order company because I've had several quartz movements fail in only a year or two and wanted to try another movement manufacturer. Too soon to know about the longevity of the movements, but Bear Woods order and delivery processes were fine and ordered products received with no issues.
