(July 20, 2019, 7:24 am)Had a complicated shower leak. Called Blue Moon (first time using them). Receptionist answered quickly and set me up with a service techinician within 2 days. Any inquiry was answered politely. Dan is a great plumber, very knowledgeable, easy to deal with. Very thourough with the diagnose and found and fixed the problem. The only complain I have is that the plumber showed up 30min late, also didn't have silicon and box cutter during the repair, had to drive off to buy the required items. Time took to buy item and 30min late was included in my bill (1hr extra). This has been a great first experience using Blue Moon. Highly recommended and will use their service again with any future problems.

(May 15, 2019, 4:33 pm)Our 3 unit strata needed some plumbing work done across all units. Most of the work was straight forward but some of it required a lot of extra time and ingenuity. Blue Moon tackled it and got it done quickly and efficiently, and even fixed up some bad plumbing decisions made by previous plumbers. They came when they said they would, got the work done efficiently, and were a pleasure to work with. We will absolutely be using them in the future!
