  I thought I should leave a review, because it seems only a few unhappy patients are taking the time to leave one and I don't think this is representative of all other patients' experiences here. I personally have always had great experiences with this clinic and this is why it's been my go-to in the area. The staff and doctors are helpful and professional. Dr. Fong is wonderful and I trust my family with him. I appreciate his straightforward and practical, yet patient approach. He has saved me several times from various further complications. He's relatively young, but is very competent, knowledgeable, and a genuinely kind and caring doctor/person.

  I've attended this clinic on several occasions when I can't wait for my FP and find it to be quite good compared to other comparable clinics. I agree it often closes very early for walk-in patients, however I understand this is due to provincial regulations limiting the number of visits per physician per day and not just the whim of administration. Convenient? No, but not their fault either.
  
  I show up early in the am when they open, or ask for an estimated wait and come back. I do think that could be improved with online booking or something, as it's not reasonable for young children, seniors or those with disabilities to run back and forth or wait for literally hours. Calling ahead can help give you an idea of when to come.
  
  I find the front desk staff helpful and have never been asked about my issue at the front desk. l also like that their files are all fully computerized and allow for easy access to your records, providing good continuity of care. I've had generally good and sometimes excellent experiences with the physicians, but as with everything in life, you never know exactly what you're going to get.
  
  In a medical system under significant strain, I find this clinic provides good patient care overall and recommend it to others.
