Got a bad vibe from the place as the sales staff is really insecure about the competitors down the road, knocking their “lower quality”. I dunno, the couches here weren’t that great although did seem cheaper to genuine leather.
The buying process was good but the delivery was horrible for me. I ended up purchasing a couch from here for $1120. Couch is comfortable. Doesn't feel cheap. Came with extra decorative pillows. Was delivered intact and no damages. I found the prices reasonable and the sales people really friendly. They weren't hounding me or pushy compared to other furniture stores. The sales guy Mark assured me the delivery guys were really good. They'll troubleshoot maneuvering the couch into the home, unwrap it, make sure the sofa bed works, and take away the cardboard and plastic. Delivery was $90 COD. When the delivery guys came, they said they'd be here between 2-4pm and didn't show up till after 4. They literally dumped the couch in the middle of my living room. They tried to leave and I asked them if they were going to unwrap it only to be told "we don't touch the furniture". I was extremely upset. I was led to believe I paid for a service that I didn't get. I called and messaged on facebook the store only to get an apology saying that's a misunderstanding and that costs extra. Except the delivery guys told me they don't even do that. To me that's very misleading and false advertising about the delivery service and the fee that you're paying for. Additionally, all sales are final and there is no refund or exchange. Get what they say in writing. I was not prepared to manage this couch by myself and I was upset with the overall purchase in the end.

Incredible place with great service and incredible guide Boyd is. stress free place to pick furniture with great price I've never had such great service before! they were flexible when I had an issue with my couch not fitting in my place and we were able to resolve that really well I'm very very happy with my sofa!
We just looked around. But the staff were super friendly, informative and not pushy at all. We were surprised to learn they didn't work on commission! We haven't decided if we'll end up buying from them but definitely considering it. Their prices are pretty good too.
