We bought a mattress at this The Brick location. Very impressed with the knowledge and efficiency of their sales person Robert Coll. A good mattress is a big expense for us and we wanted the best compromise between value and quality. He helped us greatly. Thank you again Robert!
The service here was absolutely amazing. The sales consultant that helped us with our purchase, Brian, was a very kind and helpful person. He gave us the best deal possible and made everything simple. So thankful that he was the person to help us.
Came to the brick looking for a sectional sofa during boxing week. Was helped by Jay on the sales floor, what a great guy. He Helped us look at some different options in our price range, not being pushy at all. He let us take our time to decide. We ended up taking a clearance model for almost 50% off what we were originally looking at. Very professional. Would definitely come back.
Last update. They have been able to resolve all issues. It was a trying time but the end result was well worth it!
Update. Dealing with the delivery drivers and customer service has been a complete nightmare. I'm tempted to tell them to come pick up everything that we bought and give us a full refund. I'm now waiting for the 3rd delivery truck to give us everything that we paid for. I've had to call them 3 times with mistakes they have made. the last driver finally dropped off the hose for the dryer which isn't working. can they exchange it? no I have to make a warranty claim for it even though it was dead on arrival.
They have one chance to make this right.
First thing an item was delivered with a stain on it.
Second thing they didnt deliver any of our additional parts for our Landry
Third thing they missed an item completely that we wanted to purchase.
Fourth thing a week after the first delivery with no laundry they deliver the dryer part but not the washer part.
Fifth thing the dryer doesn't work.
Sixth thing they want us to wait another 2 days for the part for the washer.
Seventh thing I have to make a warranty claim against a dead on arrival Dryer.
I will update this review once they either fix everything or continue to drop the ball.

Your product knowledge with appliances was exactly what we needed to make the right choice and to top it off you knew so much about the mattresses that you were able to help us make the right decision based on our needs for my neck issues and my husbands quality of sleep!
