Dr. Pooyan is very professional and I have got good advices and efficient treatment everytime I've met him. -

One of the best experiences I've had at a walk-in clinic.
I went during the peak of COVID-19, they had all the safety precautions in place already. I called in first and they went through a check list of symptoms before letting me in (I did not go there for covid-19 symptoms, merely to get my ears checked). Social distancing was in place, and he assured me the examination table/bed was disinfected before I sat down.
+ Doctor and staff were wearing masks
+ Doctor was very thorough and patient (I wish he was my family doctor). Took the time to explain everything to me until I understood the reasons behind my earache. He was so gracious and polite (same with the MOA)
+ Clinic facilities were clean and new
+ At the time, they were also taking virtual and phone appointments.
+ Clinic located inside a plaza, plenty of parking.
My go-to walk in clinic from now on! -
