(February 28, 2019, 12:27 am)I originally tried to get my son in for his first dentist visit through Vancouver Coastal Health who I swear to God wanted copies of practically every single document since his birth in order to prove coverage, some fairly obscure and taking time and effort to track down, then warned me they were booked for the next six months and told me to call back at a later date to make an appointment, but when I tried to the phone lines were busy for 3 days straight. Dr. Kim's office answered my call on the second ring, booked him an appointment for the next week, and, being reasonably competent, managed to establish his coverage just fine without requiring me to fax them anything. I rescheduled his appointment at the last moment due to inclement weather and rebooked another appointment for the following week without any trouble. The office itself is nice and bright and very child-friendly. During the visit both Dr. Kim and the hygienist explained everything they were doing to my son in ways he could understand and were very patient. His first experience at the dentist ended up being a very positive one thanks to Dr. Kim and her staff.

(November 9, 2018, 5:55 am)We have been taking our kids here for 13 of years and all of the staff are fantastic. Everyone is kind and works with the kids so well, really makes them feel comfortable.

(October 23, 2017, 9:37 pm)These guys are amazing. They know how to work with kids and make going to the dentist fun! My son never has any anxiety about the dentist and loves the goodie bag at the end of his visit! We're in Surrey and it's definitely worth the trek to Coquitlam to see them. Dr. Kim and the rest of the staff are wonderful, caring people.
