I am very impressed with their patience and willingness to help. From the wholesale parts department to the retail showroom. For months I've been desperately searching for a Duravit replacement part that holds my seat down. I've contacted the manufacturer, plumbing contractor that did the installation, local duravit rep, everything. Months of ignored emails and calls. Its just a $3 part and they just didnt care.
The young woman that helped me ended up going to their spare parts shelf and giving it to me for free. When I renovate my house I will definitely be buying from B.A. Robinson.
