Initially we were worried about covid 19, but put that behind you at Excel. Extremely clean facility , and everything is sanitized before and after every station. With the strict protocols in place needless to say, we signed our kids to train with Coach Anil twice week to work on strength and conditioning to become better and stronger for football. With a busy school and football schedule Coach Anil has flexible scheduling to accommodate to their needs. Training is intense and focused on their goals. It goes beyond the gym where homework is given and nutritional meal plans are suggested. I highly recommend this place.
Always there to help me out and building me stronger everyday with perfect training plans and proper training equipment. plus he plays songs. Must recommend.
