He went above and beyond my expectations to resolve a part mishap and exchange.. he had my part ready to go and on the counter as I approached the service area without even having to ask my name 2 days after we spoke on the phone! (I'm not a regular customer) His coworkers could take a page out of this young man's book on paying attention to detail and 100% customer service satisfaction ..

(March 30, 2019, 12:31 am)Great service and friendly knowledgable staff. Their prices are very reasonable compared to Canadian tire for auto parts. I was able to return an unused items still in the box with the receipt several months later, no questions asked. Will definitely keep going back.
