these "trained technicians" put radiator fluid in my brake fluid reservoir and ended up seizing up my breaks over time, they denied contaminating my break fluid immediately and stuck me with a $5000 bill after replacing all the break components. If you value your car at all, do yourself a favour and go to great Canadian oil change. They are more professional, do their work quicker and are not auto shop rejects.
Response: I've already talked to the "up high people" and they said without physical proof of the incident happening at the shop, there is nothing you guys will do about it. Don't try to make it seem like your company will fix this situation just to void my review. -

(August 13, 2021, 4:18 pm)About two weeks ago I had the rear differential fluid changed at this location. Unfortunately, they were unable to replace the transaxle fluid because the fill plug was badly stripped and seized. I think staff tried their earnest to resolve the issue but to no avail. The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is because staff should have informed me of the condition of the plug as soon as they became aware. Kudos to the manager for being courteous, professional and sincere.

(July 19, 2021, 6:24 pm)Went here for an a/c belt change. Unfortunately it wasn't able to happen as it was also missing a tensioner. The guys here were very helpful though and wrote down for me what was needed so I could order it. Would definitely go here again.

(December 10, 2020, 7:01 pm)Sajan topped up my washer fluid and washed my windows during A routine oil change. He also suggested, but wasn’t pushy about recommendations as I’ve experienced in the past. He also honoured my $10 coupon I had left at home which I felt was outstanding customer service

(September 11, 2020, 2:43 am)They actually did a stellar job explaining everything to me. I normally go to the one on Marine Drive but i think im going to start going here instead. I just felt there was more transparency on the value added services which makes feel ok about buying that air filter or whatever. I would recommend this place.
