A few weeks ago I had my tires changed in West Kelowna by a quick tire drive in/drive out tire change shop. On my way back from Vernon I noticed there was alot of vibration coming from passenger's front tire and I wasn't feeling very safe to drive. I went back to where I had my tires changed and they recommended I go see Jeff at Nox Automotive. I really appreciated the recommendation. Jeff and his team are great and had my car fixed in short order.. Mike checked all of the tires and I felt much safer. I appreciated their quick response and thorough check to ensure all issues were addressed. I found them to be very reasonable. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. These are my go to guys going forward.

I own a Smart Car and thought I needed transmission fluid and/or transmission work. You need a special tool to add transmission fluid to a Smart Car. Took my car to NOx. As they had never worked on my car they did an inspection and told me I needed to take the car to Mercedes for a computer update. He could have told me I needed a new transmission and I would not have known the difference. I had the update done at Mercedes....they did the update and sent me on my way. My check engine light was on and I had not even left the lot. it wasn't on before I got there. An hour and a half later they diagnosed the problem - clutch actuator, but they would give me 15% off since they were going to let me drive off the lot with the check engine light on. Took the car back to NOx and they quoted me approximately 1/2 the price of Mercedes. Plus they quoted me 1/2 hour of shop time and Mercedes said it would be an hour and 1/2 and they purchased the brand new part from Mercedes. NOx has been more than fair with me and will be getting all my work from now on. They also work on domestic cars.

I highly recommend this shop! They were friendly, professional & extremely thorough. You get what you pay for in this industry, and the most important thing to me when it comes to finding a good mechanic is trust. Jeff (the owner) was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the details regarding the repairs that needed to be done on my Jeep. He was honest, fair, and had my Jeep running better than ever in a very timely fashion. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends & family! Great job guys!!

Been here several times. Had a last minute Emergency and while being fully booked for the day still took in my truck and made a repair. Very accommodating and willing to help you out. Fair and quality rates as well as honest customer service. Thanks Jeff and team.

Jeff was awesome! I had my car start steaming just near by. He took it right in and had it all good to go and back out on the road in 30 minutes. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend.
