  On a test drive, I brought an issue to attention and we were assured that the issue was taken care of. Jay was pleasant to deal with and based on these things, we decided to come back a week later (from Vernon) to finish the deal on the vehicle. That’s where everything went haywire. Jay was not there and the person we ended up dealing with seemed disengaged and made absolutely no effort to ease our concerns. Then came the surprise that the vehicle only came with one key & fob — ouch. After all that, we hopped in our newly purchased vehicle to find that the issue that I brought up a week prior was not fixed at all.
  
  Update 10/23/18: Since writing my initial one-star review, I have been working with Jay to resolve these issues. Since it’s nearly impossible to get to the dealership for me because of two kids under the age of two, Global actually picked up my vehicle from Vernon and left me with a loaner to diagnose and fix the main issue. Meanwhile, Jay has helped us out with the Key/Fob issue as well. It’s nice to see this effort towards backing what they sell and I suspect by the time the dust is settled I can award Global Automotive with another star or two.
  
  Update 11/08/18
  I am happy to report that Global Automotive did manage to resolve all areas of concern with our vehicle. Jay actually purchased and programmed a new key and FOB and made every effort to make things as hassle free as possible. My opinion of Global has come 180 degrees since our initial bad experience. I am changing my final rating to five stars with the caveat that we wish more had been done prior to the one-star review going up. Thank you Jay - we're much more at ease with our Sienna now.
