  A bit pricey compared to other stores but good value. VERY cramped inside though, they’ve maximized their real estate with what customers demand too. They know people grow or buy fresh Okanagan produce so there isn’t much here. It can take a while to get through the tills as well depending on how many staff are available, but staff is friendly and doing their best.

  We've lived in Lake Country since 2002 and prefer to shop at this store. Friendly staff, some of whom have been there since I moved here! Decent pricing if you're not picky & buy what's on sale.
  I find the staff very accommodating for returns but you do have to be organized at the til so you're not 'that person' holding up the line, as there is no customer service desk.
  Yes, there is a turn-over with the younger staff but this is typical anywhere, since they're earning min. wage and most have school demands.
  As for the size of the store, it is busting at the seams and could do with an expansion (maybe into the adjacent vacant lot?), but it meets most of our family's needs when Costco doesn't (1 vegan, 1 celiac and 2 omnivores in our household)
  Their inventory turns must be insane with how many people go through.
  Kudos to the staff for doing a great job putting up with some crabby people.
  I'm not one of them!
