(March 15, 2019, 6:29 pm)Our daughter lives in the Conservatory II (New Wing). She lives in a 1 bedroom 700 sq ft unit. She is having issues with Fortis electricity, her bill is 3X the average? Others in the new wing are also having extremely high bills? We are in the process of having the meter tested but it's likely an issue with the building wiring or appliances. She cannot afford to stay if the issue does not get fixed. Management is aware.

(February 16, 2019, 6:32 pm)I've lived in Conservatory I for six years. I find it a safe, comfortable apartment home in a convenient location. I especially like that Conservatory I welcomes children and pets but is equally accommodating to seniors, and has a level of soundproofing that allows me to practice cello without complaints. I also appreciate how quickly Management responds to maintenance requests.
