Dr. Lichtenstein has been my doctor since she came to Kelowna. Very fortunate to have found a doctor who listens and does not rush you out the door. I trust her and her medical advice and appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of her office.
I came across this site because I was wanting to get Dr. Lichtenstein’s phone number. I was surprised to read some negative comments about my Doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Lichtenstein’s for over 10 years now. I find her delightful, kind, calm, caring and very knowledgeable. I only wish there were more doctors like her. My family has a history of throwing doctors under the bus, and I agree a lot of them should be. I’m glad I found this site. I have only had good experiences with this doctor, so I feel compelled to share them. She has done wonders for me. Finding the problems instead of treating symptoms. I am so fortunate to have found a good hardworking doctor in Kelowna. I also like her approach as a very down to earth kind person.

I did read the other review here, and that may all be true; although I personally think it has no relevance to the quality of physician Dr. Lichtenstein is. I have only been a patient of Dr. Lichtenstein for about the last two years and I think she is wonderful. She has a calm, kind disposition, which is always preferable in someone whom you confide in. Appointments are always on time, and during appointments, I have never felt rushed. I would say that is indicative of an efficiently run practice, as well as not over-scheduling. She seems thoroughly engaged in you and your concerns, and often; I've made an appointment for one thing, and end up asking her about several because of her un-harried demeanour. In closing, this is the first review I have ever written on Google+, but felt compelled as the other was so negative; I thought it would be worthwhile to share my experience with Dr. Lichtenstein.
