They are great for buying your own family home and they are also very good if you are trying to build a full real estate portfolio.

Right from the initial meeting with Barret and Ian things went smooth and they answered all our questions and walked us through the whole process of selling our house and the purchase of our new one. Centel was great communicating over text and email and made it easy for us to sell our house while out of the country. We enjoyed dealing with them so much we referred our son to them and he just purchased his first condo. Totally recommend using the Watson Brothers.

Barret showed us properties that matched our needs and would point out possible drawbacks of a home which really allowed me to trust he was looking out for my best interests. I never felt pressured and enjoyed our time searching for my next home. I will definitely be calling The Watson Brothers next time I'm looking to buy.

We listed our property at Big White with Watson brothers and the entire transaction from start to finish was handled extremely professionally.
