He took the time to walk me through what I needed to know, and listened to what I wanted out of my first purchase. He went the extra mile for me, pre-screening places before I would do a walk through with him and always having good input. I had a lot of questions and he was very prompt with the answers, among other things.
I have recommended him to friends already, and would definitely send others in his direction!
